In my last post, I noted how I was changing gear, and planning on focusing on the Odoki Method. In this post, I want to mention progress so far, which is kind of hard to believe.

Firstly, we now have a team of three. Two “practitioners” actively using the Odoki Method with clients, and one with more of a business mindset, helping us to think about how to grow this effectively.

Personally, I’ve gone from working with three people per week (which is what I could manage whilst working full time), to having 14 people signed up, with a further 10 or so in the pipeline. It seems there’s demand! More than that, people are coming back, which is the best sign of engagement.
